As I recall, after my initial phone call, they had me oil my kids hair the night before I came because I had explained how many live bugs there were.
The next day they did the picking and applied oil again. They instructed me to use the oil and some combing (they showed me how) for the 2 weeks following my appointment.
I went back the day before the girls went to camp for a head check (which they did free of charge)- and everything looked clear.
I will definitely be bringing them back as soon as they get off that camp
bus-for a head check-I do not want to live through that again.
They combed, they picked and then they oiled. I've sent 2 neighbors
there since then and they're still thanking me. I can't say enough about them.
