We cannot accept returns of open kits for obvious public health reasons. Nor can we accept returns of partial kits. If an order is canceled before it is shipped, you will be charged for accessing the Instant Access Protocol.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Bulk orders that are returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Overseas sales: Customers are responsible for understanding the customs laws in their country, and for paying any fees assessed by ttheir government.

Instant Access Protocol: If you have trouble accessing the Instant Access Protocol because of our server or because our website is down, we will refund your money. However, we are not responsible for an unused purchase or for errors generated by your computer or printer. Please note that you may access the Instant Access Protocol as many times as needed within 48 hours of your purchase. If you have purchased the Instant Access Protocol and have problems accessing it or have any additional questions that are not covered in the protocol, feel free to e-mail your questions to sawyermac@aol.com.
